Maryam has been helping me fill administrative vacancies here for nearly four years now. After this length of time, she really gets what we look for in a future employee. Her understanding of our requirements is second to none. The speed of her response is always immediate, which is very important when filling vacancies here as we like, wherever possible to allow our new starters to have a short handover with the person leaving the role. This can be a challenge, as it shortens the timeframe for us to find someone, and also regularly means that we need to interview people who are either available immediately or on short notice periods. Maryam never fails to come up with a selection of appropriate CV’s.
