A great role has arisen for an experienced, energetic, helpful individual to joining a small (10), friendly firm of Property Surveyors based in the City. You will be supporting The Investment Department, which consists of a founding Partner, one Partner, Head of Property Management and one Consultant. Your duties are varied and no two days are the same. Duties will include secretarial work with the Team, personal PA work for the Partners, managing diaries, handling expenses, coordination of monthly finance meetings, recruitment when required of temporary personnel, maintaining holiday records, some facilities and office management and supporting the other department when needed. You will be flexible, willing, organised, and confident and enjoy working within a small company. At times the office can be quiet, thus this should not affect your work abilities. You will be required to pitch in wherever required such as tea making and filing! In return you will be working within such a friendly office, offered superb salary and benefits.
